Handmade country cheese is created by curdling buttermilk and yogurt Once it is curdled, it is strained to separate the solid curds from the liquid whey. The curds are then pressed to remove excess moisture, resulting in a soft, crumbly cheese with a mild flavor. It can be enjoyed plain or used in various dishes like salads, dips, or desserts. We use this cheese for our craps.
