Microwave: Place the partially cooked cutlets on a microwave-safe plate and cook on high for about 5-6 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time to ensure even heating. Check for doneness before serving.
Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the partially cooked cutlets to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil and bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and are golden brown on the outside.
Pan-fry: If you prefer, you can continue cooking the cutlets on the stovetop. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
